The 30-Night Number Guarantee

Return any layer. We’ll ask questions.

If STRATA does not find your Number within 30 nights of delivery, you may return it for a full refund. If you are still journaling on Night 30, the guarantee extends until you meet the Triple Quiet Rule or decide to stop. We will not hurry you.

How to return

1. Write to Sleeper Care at [email protected] with your order number.
2. We will send a prepaid return label and a short questionnaire.
3. Pack all 100 layers in numbered order, including any in the Layer Caddy, and return them in the original crate.
4. Your refund is issued within 5 business days of the crate reaching Pellham Ford.

The questions

Our questionnaire has 14 questions. Most of them are about your neck. Two are about your mattress. One asks which layer you will miss most. All are optional except that one.

Individual layers

Any single layer may be returned at any time, for any reason, for reuse. We will send a prepaid label and a thank-you note. Individual layer returns are not refunded unless the layer is faulty.

Accessories

Unused accessories may be returned within 30 days. A Sleep Journal with entries in it cannot be returned. It is yours now.
