Shipping

STRATA ships in 3 to 5 business days from our mill in Pellham Ford, in a numbered pine crate. Each crate is packed by hand, sealed with a numbered tamper strip, and opened once, by you.

Where we ship

We ship to every address in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. We do not yet ship internationally.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order. The crate weighs 9.4 kg. That is our concern, not yours.

Standalone layers

Standalone layers, including Layer 47, ship in 4 business days in a flat linen sleeve. Reserve Layer packs ship in the same sleeve, five layers to a pack.

Delivery

A carrier will deliver your crate to your door. Please open it indoors, on a clean, flat surface, with at least a metre of space on each side. The layers fan out as the crate opens. This is intentional.

Damaged crates

If your crate arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and write to Sleeper Care within 7 days. If any layer is damaged, we will replace it, by number, at no charge.
